Unity Community Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees made up of respected community leaders and current or former leaders of Arkansas Trade Association. The board brings decades of volunteer service, business experience, nonprofit involvement, and community leadership.

Volunteer-Led Operations
All Board of Trustees serve as unpaid volunteers. Unity Community Center will operate with no salaried employees during its initial phase. A volunteer-led property management team will oversee day-to-day facility needs, while volunteer committees will support programming, scheduling, outreach, maintenance, and community partnerships.
This model keeps overhead low and helps ensure donor support is directed toward facility development, programming, equipment, outreach, and community impact.
